reesmarx europe
reesmarx middle east
reesmarx usa Head Office: London

Offices in: Amsterdam, Charlotte, Dubai,
Frankfurt, Madrid, Paris, Stockholm reesmarx

Press Release – London, UK, 9 May 2013:

reesmarx delivers successful Technology recruitment projects in Germany, Russia, UK, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France and UAE with more countries to follow:

Our client delivers enterprise software and on-demand solutions for multi-channel commerce, master data management and order management that helps retailers, manufacturers, distributors, Telco’s and publishers of software, games and digital media to innovate, sell more and create perpetual digital relationships with their customers.
In 2012 our client set on a major expansion strategy worldwide and had set up an ‘in house’ recruitment team to make sure the right personnel were in place. At this time, James Fitzgerald, Recruitment Consultant, EMEA and Nick Gilmour, General Manager, EMEA met with senior Human Resources personnel in Munich, Germany to discuss how reesmarx could assist the client’s expansion. After a number of discussions, an agreement was reached with reesmarx recruiting via the Partnership Network (Commitment with Contingency) fee agreement for a Senior Consultant role in Germany. The right candidate was placed within the 8 week period, which is part of the Partnership Network agreement, in fact they were sourced, interviewed by phone and face to face, reference checked and offered within 4 weeks, which showed the client that ‘recruiting in partnership’ really works. After this, reesmarx partnered with our client on an on-going basis, recruiting for them in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Sweden, Russia, UAE and UK with other countries being included as the roles become available. All of these roles were managed by James Fitzgerald through the relevant reesmarx worldwide ‘hubs’.

‘ The most important area was showing the client our expertise in placing Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Training staff throughout EMEA within their area of Technology.’ Says James Fitzgerald, ‘It is one thing to say you can meet a pan EMEA recruitment strategy in the Technology market and another to actually meet your clients KPI’s. With the needs of our client, the basic Contingency agreement would not have been feasible but with our Partnership Network (which is a Contingency agreement, with a small commitment fee that is deducted from the final placement fee) the client gets a more thorough candidate search, trawling of the whole geographical market, using every recruitment technique, to find the candidates, which we did with fantastic results and through it all the client gets a cost effective recruitment solution. One of the clients hiring managers even stated that this type of service is by far more efficient and effective than short sighted recruitment agreements and having to use job boards. Aligned with this, our recruitment teams were fantastic, communicating fully with the client and myself to meet the time deadlines and facilitate the time and cost savings which comes from really working in partnership’

At this stage, reesmarx has now successfully placed and are in the process of placing up to 25 roles throughout EMEA and discussing further roles in the USA and Asia Pac.
